Powerhouse English Muffin

Ingredients 
    - 1 Food For Life 7-Sprouted Grains English Muffins
 - 1/2 avocado
 - 1/2 cup (or to preference) cottage cheese
 - Sprinky dink of chia seeds
 - Salt, pepper, chili flake
 - Be creative and add other toppings - cocoa nibs, sliced tomato, onion or I've also added a hard boiled egg. The options are endless!
 
Directions 
    - Toast english muffin
 - Mash avocado on both sides of the english muffin
 - Add about a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
 - Sprinkle with chia seeds or add other nuts, seeds or toppings you enjoy
 - Of course sesson everything to your taste buds
 - I usually slice up some fruit on the side with an egg or two
 - Enjoy!
