Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients 
    Serving Size: 6 patties
- One can of Black Beans
 - 2 whole eggs (or your choice of a vegan egg replacement. We recommend 6 tablespoons of chickpea flour and 6 tablespoons of water to replace 2 whole eggs)
 - ½ grated onion
 - 1 tbs garlic
 - ½ cup nutritional yeast
 - 1 cup of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread crumbled into bread crumbs
 - 2 tbs smoked paprika
 - 1 tbs cumin
 - Your choice of condiments and fixings
- We chose lettuce, tomatoes and onions
 
 
Directions 
    - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 - Drain can of black beans
 - Pour beans onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper
 - Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
 - Remove beans from oven and adjust the temperature to 375 degrees
 - Pour all ingredients into large mixing bowl
 - Mix until well incorporated
 - Rest for five minutes
 - Use hands to mold burgers into patties
 - Place patties on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
 - Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees
 - Place on Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Burger Buns
 - Top with your choice of condiments and fixings
