Healthy French Toast

Ingredients 
    - 1 slice Food for life cinnamon raisin bread
 - 1 egg
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - dash of cinnamon powder
 - splash of almond milk or any milk of choice
 - optional: sweetener of choice
 
Directions 
    - Whisk all ingredients in a bowl except bread ofcourse
 - Soak bread in bowl with ingredients, make sure to get both sides
 - Heat up skillet and add oil of choice to prevent sticking
 - Cook bread on skillet until golden brown on both sides
 - For extra moistness add extra sauce on top of bread while cooking
 - After fully cooked, serve and enjoy
