Open Kimchi Egg Toast

Ingredients 
    - 1 Slice Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
 - 2 oz Kimchi (any brand)
 - 1 Egg
 - 0.5 T Butter (any brand)
 - 1 T Spring Onion
 - 1 T Sesame Seed Oil
 
Directions 
    - Chop Spring Onion finely and put it aside.
 - Heat up the frying pan with 1T Sesame Seed Oil and sauté Kimchi for 5 minutes until fragrant then put aside.
 - Scramble 1 Egg with Butter (or opt out for Olive Oil).
 - Toast the Ezekiel and layer the cooked Kimchi and Scrambled Egg on top.
 - Garnish with chopped Spring Onion.
